Hamza Harrak, co-owner and Chef Patron comes from a family of restaurateurs, who have previously run restaurants in Tangier & Marrakesh, Morocco. He was trained in Westminster Kingsway College, Victoria, who’s notable alumni include Jamie Oliver and Ainsley Harriot. His vision is of quality home cooked Moroccan and Spanish dishes cooked to perfection.
Sam Mallach, co-owner and operations director worked in the car parking industry before bringing his experience of finance and operations into the restaurant business. Noted for opening car parking sites under the umbrella of British Land and BAE Pension Fund, Sam worked as operations director for Eaton Securities Plc and graduated with honours from University of London. His vision is that of quality and consistency, whilst aiming to keep standards at a premium level.
Noureddine Khouyi, head chef - made his name as the head chef of the Hilton Hotel, Rabat and the legendary Mamounia in Marrakesh which improved under his guidance. He also worked in La Ruta Del Veleta, Grenada before moving to London to work with Isis, Mamounia and Pasha. His approach to cooking is quality first and this is displayed in his signature dishes.
